Bio:
I am a Meaford artist who studied Sculpture and Installation at the Ontario College of Art and Design. My work started mainly as audio installations but in the most recent years I have been building installations with vintage objects that I have collected locally, mainly vintage Tupperware. I am extremely interested in math and patterns, and the math that produces patterns to build almost Lego like structures. I am a very sentimental and nostalgic person, and the work I create gives the audience the feeling of themselves in the past but allows them to be fully present at the same time. In addition to being an artist, I am a Master Electrician and own Red Apple Electric, here in Meaford.
Below are some examples of my work. Click on the image to see the full image:

favourite artists:
My two favourite artists are Tom Thomson and Douglas Coupland.
the purpose of art:
I believe the purpose of art is to be in present in moment both in its creation and observation. Art has the power to transcend time, place and be an individual experience for both the artist and their audience.
the qualities of a life fully lived:
To me, a life fully lived means is not taking any moment for granted and living each day fully, with purpose and mindfulness.
