As an interior designer, photographer and artist, I enjoy experimenting with spaces and images and observing how they inform us about how they are supposed to be used and viewed. Art and design highlight aspects of everyday life, often pointing to, and questioning what we take for granted. The ordinary can be extraordinary if looked at through an unusual lens, and the ordinary to one person can be unusual to another. I communicate these observations though my own images and their manipulations. Often this involves re-framing subjects and re-contextualizing them, leading to ambiguous interpretations.
